In 1978 I bought my own successful appliance repair business in New Westminster and ran it for eighteen years. Starting out in the business world at such a young age, I soon realized that the most successful sales people are the ones that work hard everyday and listen to the needs of their clients, that has been the philosophy of my career since. After I sold the business, I took some time off to decide where I could use my business experience best, I soon realized that marketing, and personal contact was what I excelled in.
In 1995 I started the Real Estate course and began my career with another Real Estate company, my first year in the business I was “rookie” of the year, out selling all the other new Realtors of that company. In 1999 I was the top producing agent in the Delta office out performing many of the company’s best sales people! In 2000 Ernie Smith and I joined forces and quickly became the “Top Sales Team” in the Delta office for the next five years in a row!
Ernie and I have contemplated a move to Re/Max for sometime and finally made the right decision in July 2005.
