“I started 19 years ago,” says Lydia. “I serve the Hispanic community because I believe that I understand the needs and tastes of this group, being one of them. I provide services in the languages that my clients feel most comfortable communicating their needs.”

Lydia grew up with a strong role model who helped shape her skills. “My father was the company founder of Adam technologies in Mexico City, a company that initiated sales of accounting machines. He developed the business to be number one in sales all over Latin America. Eventually, with the arrival of new technology, they expanded their field and become the first IBM distributor in Mexico and South America. To this day the company is still running strong, led by my family members in Mexico City, and has under its wing over 400 employees
